Emery: n: A hard gray-black mineral consisting of corundum and either hematite or magnetite; used as an abrasive (especially as a coating on paper - similar to sand paper).

Enamelware: n: Items such as bowls, pitchers, and colanders that are coated or decorated with enamel (A protective or decorative coating baked on metal, glass, or ceramic ware that dries to a hard glossy finish).
