Darning Needle:
n:
A long,
large-eyed needle used to repair a hole, as in a garment, by
weaving thread or yarn across it.
Diamond Dust:
n: A type of glitter that is made from small shards of clear
glass and resembles German Glass Glitter. Primitive artists like to
use it as the “sugar coating” on their primitives for a brilliant
sparkle.
Dough Bowl:
n: A bowl (usually oval in shape) that has been carved out
from a tree trunk and often used for preparing dough for bread
making or for the traditional biscuit making process.
Dyes:
n: Any medium that is used to change the color of an item
such as fabric creations, wood items, and more. Primitive artists
like to use walnut ink, Rit Dye, instant coffee, tea, and other
items that stain.
