I fashioned the head and arms from paper clay and attached them to a pre-made papier mache box along with wings handmade from wire....who says a bumblebee has to "bee" yellow and black? I made other colors which aren't pictured. They were fun!!

Another medium I enjoy working with is paper clay. Adding it to found objects is fun, and of course, there's tons of papier mache shapes one can get! I took a flower mache box, painted them in fun colors, and applied paper clay bees and dots on the top (also painted fun colors).
