This is a one of a kind 18"primitive handmade doll based on those made in the early 1800's. Her head, hands, and feet are hand sculpted from a hard, durable clay that resembles porcelain and treated to an antiqued finish. Her body is all cotton muslin and stuffed with polyfil. Her dress is made of mini floral fabric with a navy satin ribbon tied about the bust. The fabrics are stained with spicy Chai tea. MMMM smell wonderful!

What a beautiful doll, I have never seen one live this before. You have done a wonderful job and I will definitely look at your website. I often see the letters ooak, but I do not know what they stand for, can you help me out here, many thanks, Kate.

Your 1800s Reproduction Doll is GORGEOUS. She needs a NAME though. Maybe Gertrude or something. I'm glad you've clarified the OOAK mystery. I looked at prims on ebay and was totally confused by those four letters. Finally figured it out. I'm new here and I'm very excited to find all this help in one place. Wonderful website!
