The tag looks so 3D; is the cutout on pop dots or whatever you call them? And I love those sleves on your doll!

The wings are glued to the tag itself and the little girl is on something similar to the pop dots - only square. Makes for a nice effect. I don't know if you can tell, but the wings have little tiny 'diamonds' on them.
The dress is made from a vintage dress I bought in an antique store a few years ago and the sleeves are made from my HUGE stash of antique lace that keeps accumulating as I have 2 antique dealers that love to barter with me for dolls. Let me just tell you...I have SUCH an understanding husband.
