Oh my gosh! They really were yummy! We've only lived in this house since 1/06, so this was the first time we got to eat our own home-grown strawberries and they were the best I've ever tasted! The previous owners left us a 40 foot long strawberry patch and a Concord grape arbor!

Oh wow!! We have a great veggie garden too. There is nothing like homegrown veggies and fruits!

MMMM; those look soo good!! How do you get such big strawberries!? We've had strawberry plants for three years now, and we still only get mini's. lol
|

I can't take any credit for the berries! And, these were pretty small compared to the ones that came on a little later.
The previous owners planted these strawberry plants years ago, so maybe it just takes time?
