Hi Kristal...these look absolutely delicious!!!! I have a pattern to make these buns...I am just wondering if you use extra cinnamon to make them smell good...or how do you get the smell to stay??? Kate

These are wonderful! I have made some but I am not sure what to use as the "icing". ANy tips?
